Booking & Scheduling

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, we do offer next-day and sometimes same-day services subject to availability. You can check real-time availability through our online booking system.
It's entirely up to you. Many of our clients provide us with a spare key or access instructions. If you prefer to be home, that is perfectly fine too. All our cleaners are thoroughly vetted, background-checked, and insured for your peace of mind.
For recurring services (weekly or fortnightly), we strive to send the same cleaner or team to your property every time to ensure consistency. If your regular cleaner is on leave or unwell, we will always notify you and provide a fully trained replacement.

Services & What's Included

Yes! Our teams arrive fully equipped with premium, eco-friendly cleaning products, fresh microfiber cloths, and professional-grade vacuums. If you prefer us to use specific products you own, simply let us know during booking.
A Standard Clean covers routine maintenance: dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms/kitchens. A Deep Clean is much more thorough, including inside cabinets (if empty), interior windows, deep scrubbing of grout, baseboards, and hard-to-reach areas. We recommend a Deep Clean for first-time visits.

Pricing & Quotes

Quotes are based on property size (number of bedrooms and bathrooms), the type of service (standard, deep clean, end of tenancy, etc.), and any add-ons you select. For commercial work we may also factor in frequency and access hours. You will see a clear breakdown before you confirm a booking.
The price we confirm for an agreed scope is fixed. If the property condition or size differs significantly from what was described— for example, extra rooms or heavy build-up— we may discuss an adjustment before work starts, so there are no surprises.
Most residential bookings are priced as a package for the visit based on your selections. Where hourly arrangements are used (some commercial or custom jobs), we will state the rate and minimum hours up front.

End of Tenancy

Our end of tenancy service is designed to meet typical inventory and checkout standards: thorough cleaning of kitchens and appliances (including oven where booked), bathrooms, floors, skirting, interior windows, and all main living areas. Tell us about any landlord or agent checklist so we can align the scope.
We cannot guarantee deposit outcomes—those depend on your tenancy agreement, inventory, and fair wear and tear. We do deliver an exhaustive clean to support checkout and inventory inspections, and we will return for reasonable snagging where that forms part of your agreed package.
Duration depends on property size and condition. A one-bed flat may take a few hours; larger homes can take a full day or a team visit. We will give you an estimated duration with your quote.

Commercial

Yes. Many clients choose early mornings, evenings, or weekends to avoid disrupting staff and customers. Let us know your access windows and security requirements when you request a quote.
Our teams are vetted and trained to work in professional environments. We carry appropriate public liability insurance for our services—ask if you need certificates or RAMS for your building.
We offer scheduled cleans—daily, weekly, or monthly—tailored to offices, retail, and other commercial spaces. Contract terms, SLAs, and invoicing are agreed in advance with a dedicated point of contact.

Cancellations & Policies

You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may incur a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost to compensate our professionals for the reserved time.
Contact us by phone or email with your preferred new date and time. We will confirm availability and send an updated confirmation. The same notice rules apply as for cancellations—please give at least 24 hours where possible.
